@bindingfitness: 220KG (485lbs) deadlift fail ❌ Bodyweight 95KG Felt strong today so jumped way ahead of the plan and thought I’d give 5 plates ago, which is 10KG above my current 1 rep max of 210KG. I was happy how it went up but just couldn’t get enough to lock it. Big believer in you don’t know what you’re capable of unless you try.
