Nsereko is missing one thing.. kyagulanyi is a patriotic leader. Example of Arab sheiks like zayed of UAE. He didn’t have oil knowledge but because of his vision and patriotic spirit, when they discovered oil, he used it to transform his country. Kyagulanyi will have a team of experts on each field.
