honestly, except if its bad for her / poison, she can have some, including licking the whipped cream peak on my coffee and the lid of my yoghurt, so yes, she can drink from my mug or glass and I will still drink it. I have consumed at least 3 cats I cat hair by now, one more sip wont kill me.

not my water they have a fountain. it's not hygienic in my opinion as they lick their bums and your then drinking the residue

I used to! Until my boy tried to pick up the mug like i do and broke my laptop by flinging it into the screen. Luckily he prefers fountains to mugs so getting him to not do that again was easy

I used to have to leave a glass of water on the side of my bath for my previous cat to drink from, that was the only place she would drink from. It had to be a glass and not a bowl

Do you have the waterbowl separate from the food? Cats don't like it near their food. A fountain is preferred at an another place, far from litter and food.

Do my cat let me drink her water? Oh yes, I have to take the first sip. It might be contaminated and she wants to see if I live or die. And all glass wear works, red wine, white wine, whisky… and I get the one with the crack in it😂😂😂

No. They have a water fountain. But one of the cats recognizes the sound of the water tank of the coffee machine being filled and he comes right away because he likes to drink from it and i allow that 😂
