Cook the potatoes: Peel and boil until soft. Drain well and mash until smooth. Let cool slightly. 	2.	Season and bind: Mix with  cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, white pepper, and parsley until well combined. 	3.	Form balls: Take a spoonful of potato mixture, flatten slightly, place a Gouda cube in the center, and wrap the potato around it to form a ball. 	4.	Chill: Place the balls on a tray and freeze for at least 10 minutes (this helps them hold shape while frying). 	5.	Fry: Heat oil to about 170–175 °C (340–350 °F). Fry the potato balls  until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes. 	6.
