@absalz: My postpartum hormone journey up to this point! I had my tests done at Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center. I'm still working with them to get my hormones to an optimal level - but I can seriously tell such a difference. One thing that really struck me about this experience was how low my progesterone was. It was so low that, had we been trying for baby number 2, I probably would've really struggled to get/stay pregnant. I am seriously so grateful that my provider suggested hormone testing so I can get my levels to a good place to allow us to have another baby in the future 🤍 #postpartum #postpartumjourney #hormones #hormonetesting #postpartumbody
