@toomuchnewtoys: How is @NECAofficial so incredibly bad at communicating with customers accurately and accurately impromptly fulfilling orders or explaining why they're doing the crazy things they do. Even before you get into the epic shit show that is the quality and mechanics of their figures or the weird ordering timing with retailers like Walmart. The fact that they can't seem to handle shipping in any capacity or inform you accurately of what is going on is insane. There's a whole ton of flashy post celebrating how awesome the new 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are, But on the back end there's an incredible amount of customers who are just in the dark or having their orders mismanaged an incredible insane ways #neca #2012 #teenagemutantninjturtles
