Totally get it, I still think about a girl I was madly in love with 16 years ago and will until the day I die. She is happily married to someone else and it makes me happy that she is happy, even though I wish it was me, even though I ended the relationship. We lived in difference states and both had kids we couldn’t leave. I’m so thankful for the amazing memories I have with her.
