Ketua Tim Transformasi Reformasi Polri, Komjen Chryshnanda Dwilaksana, menegaskan pentingnya perubahan sikap di tubuh kepolisian. Ia menyerukan agar setiap anggota Polri berhenti bersikap sombong dan tidak lagi menyakiti hati masyarakat. Dalam seminar nasional bertema Reformasi Kepolisian di Universitas Indonesia, Rabu (8/10/2025), Chryshnanda mengutip kalimat legendaris Mandra dari sinetron Si Doel Anak Sekolahan: “Sombong amat!” dan “Nyakitin semua!” Menurutnya, kalimat itu menggambarkan pesan sederhana namun mendalam tentang bagaimana aparat seharusnya bersikap. “Stop sombong, stop bohong, stop nyakitin. Konteks ini untuk melayani dan melindungi masyarakat dengan ikhlas,” ujar Chryshnanda. Ia menambahkan, reformasi Polri harus diarahkan untuk menciptakan keamanan yang damai dan menumbuhkan kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi kepolisian. Langkah pembenahan ini juga sejalan dengan rencana Presiden Prabowo Subianto yang akan membentuk Tim Reformasi Polri versi pemerintah pekan depan.
