I have the same herniated disc(L4-5) Felt like I was run over by a train for 2 days then felt much better for around 2 months and then the pain was back. Now I do a chiro and massage appointment monthly and have seriously improved so much.

I get my injection on the 3rd! I’m scared! Is your herniation / bulging pushing on your nerve? It runs down the front of my left leg and feels like a constant birthing contraction. Nothing helps! I’m praying this injection helps.

I don’t understand why they make us do these. They only work in a very small number of people and they are expensive. I have had 9 and none worked. Waste of time and money.
