for those unaware it was at one point retconned that Captain America had been a hydra sleeper agent the whole time. this was incredibly stupid, so they retretconned it into that hydra had kidnapped a little girl who was an inhuman(?) with the power to rewrite reality and made it so that had been the case, she then undid that because again, it was incredibly stupid.
