to be fair you'd probably need to contact corporate/owner from the jump. that barista probably just wants to get paid and go home. she is in no way concerned about the health and condition of a plant. she is a barista.😭

Dude mealy bugs are genuinely the worst. I bought I succulent online and it was absolutely INFESTED with them. The spiders in my room are my personal exterminators though and made quick work of them things💀
