Wow This is dead on I followed you to the t. Ea I asked for uh, when the loan was securitized. I also asked for a detailed accounting. I even asked if they were the original owners and when it was sold and when any merger may have happened bam last week. I get in the mail. From the attorney a dismissal, so they dismissed it with without prejudice. So I am going to write them a letter. I've actually written a letter. Asking why did they Dismiss it without Dismiss it without prejudi.and if they could Dismiss it with prejudice Thank u so much for all you do for this community.
