Biscoff cinnamon rolls! the long awaited recipe is here 😍✨ this is seriously the best cinnamon flavor i’ve done! the cookie butter really makes this recipe memorable 🤎 recipe below ⬇️ Dough:  * 540 g bread flour * 2 1/2 tbs active yeast * pinch of salt  * 3/4 cup milk * 2 room temp eggs  * 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste      * 1/2 cup granulated sugar * 1/2 cup room temp butter * 1/2 cup greek yogurt * 1/2 cup cream for soaking the rolls after proofing! do not put into dough directly  Biscoff Filling * 1/4 cup room temp butter * 1/4 cup biscoff cookie butter ( melt for easy mixing) * 1/2 cup crushed biscoff cookies * 1/2 cup brown sugar * 1 tbs ground cinnamon Cream Cheese frosting * 8oz/ 1 block of cream cheese * 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar * 1/4 cup melted biscoff cookie butter  Optional Topping  * crushed biscoff cookies  1. Activate yeast using yeast packet into a warm milk bowl with 1 tbs of granulated sugar ( from the 1/2 cup for the dough) Let sit for 5-7 minutes. Should be foamy at the top. Do not use hot water! it will kill the yeast 2. mix flour and salt together in a separate bowl. throw in yeast mixture, eggs, sugar, vanilla, soft butter and greek yogurt together. mix together until combined for 1 minute and rest for 5. mix until  a dough ball forms. shouldn’t stick to the bowl at all or surface. add flour as needed. cover with plastic wrap or towel to let proof for at least an hour. 3. meanwhile dough proofs combine all ingredients for the biscoff filling. 4. also meanwhile dough proofs like your baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease with butter or oil spray. 5. after proofing time is over, roll dough into 15x16 square and spread filling. Cut into strips and roll, i made this into 12 medium rolls.  6. Place into lined baking dish. Cover rolls and let proof again for 45 minutes. 7. After proofing warm up the cream and  cover each roll.  8. for my rolls i baked then at 350F for around 30-35 minutes. keep an eye on them until they’re golden brown or each internal temp of 190F-200F. 9. Meanwhile baking combine all ingredients for cookie butter cream cheese frosting. set aside. 10. admire the deliciousness 🤭 then spread cream cheese frosting across rolls! 11. Top with biscoff cookie crumble and whole cookies.
