I just feel like there's a disconnect here between a man's perspective and a women's perspective. You're right from your perspective but it's absolutely a numbers game for men. Put ourselves out there and just ask as many people out as possible until someone finally gives you a chance. Then and only then is the "quality" of the person something you worry about.

This is something I have had to learn many times now, everytime I let my standards slip even a little, I end up regretting it almost instantly. I am now at the point where I would rather die alone than lower my standards.
