@discfunktional: When you have to carry the baby for a while, this trick will work wonders for your wrist all the way to your shoulder. Just make sure to use your legs when you lift.
If I’m lucky enough to have kids, I will be carrying around 20lbs/30lbs/40lbs weights around the entire 9 months to prepare…. Still might use this if I get tired because pride isn’t as important as kids.
