:( i always try to give people good deals and people can be so greedy! i sold a $600 jacket for $98 after only wearing it once when i originally had it listed for $200 and the buyer messaged me and i lowered it for her, shipped the next day. she got it and then went to depop to try to get a refund bc according to her it wasnt as i described! like ok just ship it back. so i messaged her telling her that she needs to ship it to get her refund and then she starts begging me to do a partial refund because she loves the jacket and wants to keep it. 😭 like ? no

I think sellers should be more honest. Selling fake goods is literally illegal and fraud. Though agreed people can tend to be gullible when they get excited for a purchase, the fault here is truly on Depop’s legal team and customer service. The fake bag I can understand to be realistic, but the tshirt scenario especially is why people hate depop sellers.
