Its not ok. Check before you leave and ask them for wrappers or cups with pieces! I had them do this to me 2 times and both times they gave me the right ones after asking! If it happens again im reporting them for it! 😡

Same! Went to my local McDonald’s for a caramel frappe & of course the machine was broke. So I said oh well I’ll get a sweet tea and get a monopoly piece….and nothing.
