as a former teacher, I once had to explain to a parent why their kid was suspended dressed as the mouse from if you give a mouse a cookie…truly a test of everyone’s ability to control their facial expressions.

I was admitted to the ICU on Halloween. I arrived to the ER to three doctors and six nurses surrounding me all dressed up as fairies and woodland creatures. It was one of the only parts I remember. 😭

okay but i feel like they need to make a whole separate form of therapy where the therapist dresses in a new costume every appointment because i feel like that would make all my problems go away just telling the lorax about my anxiety

I’m so sad that due to my profession (funeral service), I can’t dress up for Halloween. However ironic it would be to be picking up someone’s deceased loved one in a grim reaper costume
