If your goal is to get stronger at climbing I’d recommend board climbing if you have one at your gym. It’s humbling but fun at the same time

do a single pullup every so often won't get you stronger you gotta do as many as you can to failure or do a set amount for multiple sets to see any growth

3-4 days a week, 3 sets of max rep pull-up sets. Once your first set hits 15-20 reps, start adding weight with a belt and aim for sets of 3-5
