Do you have any suggestions regarding menstrual cycles and calorie deficits? I do so well and I’ve been losing, but then I get to my luteal phase and I find every excuse and every little tiny reason to eat more calories than I should, and then I find myself binging again. Any suggestions are appreciated! I really enjoy your videos!

Do you track ALL of your calories? Calorie counting absolutely drains me, especially when making full meals with combined ingredients. Trying to just be mindful and actually doing a lot of these tips you mentioned! But when I was counting calories, it’s obviously way easier to keep on track, I just hate it so much 😩

Protein changed the game for me. I rotated Greek yogurt cottage cheese rotisserie chicken and egg white omelets and would change only spices and veggies up. Sticking to those every single day stopped me from starving on 1200 calories
