What was ruff’s height and weight cap, he’s always come in smaller than his cap but I just think he has the best physique just lacks size, does he still have room?

I think they should increase the weight cap easily 10-15 lbs, sergio oliva was 225 lbs at 5'10 while if he were to do classic today he would need to downsize 13 lbs

I get the ruff arguments but he’s just too small, it’s bodybuilding at the end of the day and if you can still have a classic physique as well have a superior size/presence you win
