@suvanessita: I’m currently trying to add more legumes to our diet. My genius idea was to make sofrito to make them taste better. I attempted to make sofrito over 10 years ago using only cilantro and bell peppers and it was “ok,” but I never made it again until today. This thing got better. This time around I was able to find culantro, pickled and frozen aji dulce peppers (fresh is ideal) Athough I haven’t tried it on any legumes I already tried it on ground beef & its chefs kiss 👩🏻🍳😘 #sofrito #blackbeans #lentils #recaito #ajidulce
