@azerliftz: ofc if you’re early on in your training you’re likely going to be extremely sore, but after awhile you might notice you’re not as sore as you once were. that doesnt mean you’re not progressing or building muscle. as long as progression in the gym is good you will be ok. #GymTok #motivation #consistency #training #gym
