i have a set of extraction tools just for this kind of thing. I would have to get it out. if I don't I will be picking at it uncontrollably. don't take my advice though.

(This is what I do but it’s not the best but it works) If it’s a white head, I do pop it (but I don’t force it) and then I use an antiseptic (sea breeze) with a qtip to clean it. It get out all the gunk and also cleans it. It goes away in a few days.
