My ex came to my house with a 12 inch knife after various threats to K!ll me, she was let off with a 2 year suspended sentence. If roles were reversed I’d be banged up for years. The whole system regarding domestic abuse towards men is woeful. I had years of abuse but was basically ignored.

respectfully men don't get abused as often as woman. I was in refuge and did all the dv courses where we were told statistics, women are abused and k1lled at a much much higher rate. rip to this man. there is help available, the woman's aid i went to also had groups for men.

It is the era of feminism. She found everything ready: buildings, money, cars, and changing the law for her. What is worse is that some men do this to benefit from her. Here, men’s rights are lost, even though they are the victims. No one will believe them.

My friend didn’t speak out because he believed nobody would believe him. He said to me when I asked why he didn’t tell anyone - ‘who’s going to believe me? I’m 6’2 and she’s 5’6.’ I looked at him and said I would have believed you and so would other people who see you. We would have supported you to get out. Thankfully he’s free now and he’s met a really lovely lady.

I think abigail thought she was to good for him and when he decided to end it she couldn't accept that.
