Ugh I feel like so many people are feeling this way rn :( I haven’t felt an anxiety attack in yearsss but this week my anxiety has been through the roof. Talked to my mom and she kinda feels the same way. We lost my father years ago so I think the time right before holidays always feels like this. This year it just happens to be a bit tougher :(
