@beth_fitnessuk: My glute gains improved when I stopped overcomplicating thing: 1️⃣ Stuck to a Structured program. I stopped hopping between random workouts and actually committed to 8+ weeks of progressive overload. Tracking lifts, repeating key movements, and letting my body adapt made all the difference. 2️⃣ Trained my whole body, not just glutes. Building a stronger core and upper body massively improved my stability, strength transfer, and overall performance in lower body lifts. 3️⃣ Added mobility 3x a week. Working on both passive and active mobility improved my range, depth as well as strength in the new ranges I reach so my glutes could actually do their job.
