@joseferreresq: Super-voting shares are the ultimate founder protection plan. At Meta, Mark Zuckerberg’s shares carry 10 votes each, compared to one for ordinary investors. That structure means he can control every major decision — even while owning a small fraction of the company. It’s how founders keep control long after they’ve given up majority ownership .
😭😭😭😭did Steve Jobs really get fired from his own company???

guess what I learned this from chat got that is in Class A shares and Class B shares where funny stuff. Its the Class B shares that have the super voting shares Larry of Oracle also did this same as the 2 founders of Google they had less than 15% of the shares during series A funding like Google was owned by Sequoia capital but due to super voting shares they dod not hold major decisions than the founders. Its founders insurance.

Instead of the basis of a majority, a supermajority can be specified using any fraction or percentage which is greater than one-half. Common supermajorities include three-fifths (60%), two-thirds (66.666... %), and three-quarters (75%).
