@kiaramichellew: High Protein Apple Crumble🍎🍂🥧🧣🧸🧡 Ingredients- For the apple filling- •4 medium apples •2 tbsp SF maple syrup •1 tsp ground cinnamon •1 tbsp lemon juice For the protein crumble topping- •1/2 cup GF rolled oats •1/2 cup almond flour •1/4 cup vanilla protein powder •2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar •2 tbsp melted coconut oil •1/4 tsp salt 1. Preheat your oven to 350° and lightly grease baking dish with coconut oil 2. In a large mixing bowl combine your sliced apples, maple syrup, cinnamon and lemon juice and toss until the apples are evenly coated 3.Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish 4. In a separate bowl combine the rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, brown sugar replacement, and salt 5. Drizzle the melted coconut oil over the dry ingredients, stirring until it forms a crumbly texture 6. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples 7. Bake for 35 mins or until top is golden brown 8.
