It's fresh tangy flavor will be a big hit What You Need: 1 lb salad tomatoes 8 oz fresh mozzarella 1/4 cup light olive oil 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tsp basil (or fresh basil leaves) silicone skeleton mold Preheat oven to 300°. Place small pieces of mozzarella in silicone mold. Heat on a cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes or until slightly melty. Gently press cheese in mold with spatula to compact into shape. Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes Wash tomatoes and slice in half. Pop skeletons out of mold and arrange in a bowl with the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil & balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with basil.
