How to deal with a puppy that ignores commands unless he wants to do them! Will it just get better with time? he is 10 weeks and I've been working with him for 2 weeks. He knows come but ignores me unless there are literally no distractions.

Reactivity - barks at ANY noise, I mean even if someone walks through the house. Also barks/goes INSANE anytime we have guest arrive (& it’s people he knows/loves).

PLEASE PLEASE older puppy training!! i’ve been asking the last couple months🥺 mine is 10 months now and refuses to do anything i trained her early on. she barks nonstop if i try to train her, she’s also started resource guarding in the last couple weeks.

my puppy is 10 weeks and she is a velociraptor....nothing deters her from wanting to bite us, we try to redirect, try naps, try training....and she still just wants to use us as teething rings..🤕😩

Crate training for when you leave the house, for dogs who are already comfortable in the crate!! My dog (1 year old Aussie mix) settles pretty easily (for the most part) when I crate him and go to a different room, but the SECOND I step out the door to leave he becomes distraught and I live in an apartment so I can’t just let him bark it out

Leash biting! Isla plays tug of war with her leash almost everytime we walk at some point, we redirect to heel/treats and drop the leash and hold her collar (to make it not fun) but nothing has worked well

the exact routine for a new puppy’s first day home 😭😭 we are picking up our puppy next week and they keep telling us not to hold him on the way back home and ignore him bc it will encourage bad behavior . Just a quick what to do on the first day would be perfect 🫶🏽

mine is almost 1.5 and keeps chewing the baseboards when were gone! he had been just fine until recently. I dont want to go back to crating when we're gone cuz i felt so bad but I also dont want him eating the walls!

Selective reactivity to things that they never reacted to before. Ex: she loves car rides, loves people, never had an issue. Now she goes full cujo in the car if she sees anyone walking near or far.

I’ve had my puppy a few months. It would be great to see how you deal with walks and other people. It can be really hard to train when people don’t understand no or how to control their own dogs. Sometimes I feel a bad dog parent for getting overwhelmed 😂 it’s great to see people training dogs perfectly but that’s not always the reality 🫶
