THIS!! Nobody says anything to the parents taking their 6 month olds in their strollers trick or treating! That candy is going straight to the adults! I’d rather give it to teenagers 😂

And while we're at it- DO NOT withhold candy from teens who don't have a costume. My daughter's best friend is in foster care and I just found out he had said he didn't want to come with us last year because he didn't have a costume to wear.

I live close by the high school in my town, and I see kids from the neighborhood at least trying, they will be in a hoodie with face paint, and their hands painted, hair sprayed different colors, or they have glow sticks all over. I see people every saying “that’s not a costume” it might not be a costume, but at least they tried.

I have bought light up rings, glow sticks from Amazon, 3 bags of tiny freakin sized bars, and im going to get either chips or regular sized candy bars. I also bought 30 tiny lotions, face masks and lip gloss for the preteens!

Last year was my first year handing out candy and the only trick or treater I had was a teenager. I specifically got the candy he said he liked this year

We give out candy bags according to age, under 3 gets candy bag with candy they won't choke on, 4-11 gets bags of mixed candy with a small toy in each bag and 12 and older gets bag of candy with a pack of noodles and a fidget Keychain. I rather see teens out enjoying their childhood than doing something dangerous or not having fun at all, we love seeing all ages 💙 We do offer noodles to all the kids, we have a big box they can pick from
