@mamareadsmagic: I had to show these gorgeous prints I finally picked up that came with the special edition. I know there are some that still haven't finished reading so I removed prints that were big plot-based spoilers 🙃 Alchemised was a full 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for me! My opinion of this book is just: Wow. I am going to unfortunately copy what everyone else is saying, but it's true. I was unsure about this book going into it, as I've not read a lot of dark fantasy and I didn't read Manacled, but this book was nothing short of incredible. It tore me apart, put me back together, to only tear me apart and put me back together again. The ending was just perfection. I'd fully recommend this to anyone who thinks they can handle the trigger warnings. it's a long read, and getting your head around the magic system can be a bit of a whirlwind, but it was more than worth it.
