my best friend used to fake disorders ALL the time in highschool (we are no longer best friends) and when i say all, i mean all. DID, bipolar, severe anxiety, tics, schizophrenia, EVERYTHING. She would stop faking it or forget that she's faking it and i would go "oh, doesn't this trigger this?" and she'd go "i don't have that. Why would you think i had that?" Like she didn't fake it an hour beforehand and told me she had it WHILE we were best friends for 7 years
