“Confuses” customers? People can’t remember where they shopped or read the package? There’s only so many ways to seal off a sandwich once you’ve cut the crusts off. I can see patenting the name uncrustable, but that’s as far as I think it should go. It’s like trying to patent something as common as ham and cheese.
