The best part of the episode was seeing Edmond and his 5th grade teacher. I love that he had one reliable adult in his life to give him love and support. The words of affirmation she gave to him 👌As an educator, I found it extra touching.

She is a very 'no nonsense' person and Edmond, God bless him, is all nonsense. I could tell from the reveal scene that she was going to get tired of him and his energy quick. I can tell she cares about him, but she is not attracted to him physically or emotionally. Edmund is emotionally stunted due to his upbringing, and KB needs someone much more mature so she doesn't feel like his 'mom'.

The fact that this show casts people with serious trauma histories and then puts them in these highly emotional situations, but then doesn’t have a therapist on staff to help them through these moments is kinda wild to me.
