Maybe once a year he would have 1000 people in that atrocity. Most of the time he’s gonna have 200 to 250 people in a 1000 person ballroom. How many times a year is that room gonna get used and who is looking into the cost which is now gone up $100 million I’m telling you as a professional builder you could build that entire thing with the finest finishes for 75 million.
