an example of a 4-day workout split for anyone who wants to get started in the gym or just wants to switch it up ❤️🔥 staying with a good plan for 4-6 weeks will get you farther than just going to the gym and doing different things each time. if you don’t have consistency in the things you do, you cannot track your progress! as far as reps and sets go, I would start all exercises with 3 sets of 10 reps! remember that your fitness journey is your OWN! so whether your Day 1 starts on a Monday or your Day 1 starts on a Friday— it doesn’t matter! life happens and things change. there were times in my life where I could easily go to the gym M-F, and then there were times where I had to switch it up and go Th-M. some weeks, I go M&T, rest W, go Th&F. fitness should be working into your life, not taking over your life! so work those rest days in to wherever you need them, whether it’s between day 2 & 3, or day 1 & 2! there are no real rules to your fitness schedule— remember you have free will ✨ best of luck my girlies ✨🤍 always rooting for you!
