For the ladies it’s a warm face wash paired with moisturiser to the legs, arms and hands and a little massage as i rub it in. I just think it shows them I care and they all become so settled

Have actually used warm blankets to treat someone’s FND/ pseudo seizures!!! Warm blankets are magic!!

I call this the "bird method", because it's similar to putting a blanket over a bird's cage to make them go to sleep. Doubly effective if you can dim the lights as well. 🤣
