1 star doesn't put food on the table, you have to learn the reverse, do not complete the trip , instead select the riders behaviour, then, they can't rate you as a driver.

I picked up 2 persons I dropped off one of them. And they said take her for next drop. And there is no any stop 🛑. I said sorry not any stop. I have a deferent job. And they gave me 1 star ⭐

You came from too far to pickup that lady ,, thats why she gave you bad rating. For example you got a $18 ride and 9km to go pickup and 6km to go drop off…. She’s trying to say 9km is too far

uber should introduce safe pick up points, I got many penalties for picking up where is not possible, still I pick up daily basis from roundabouts, fire stations, bus stops... uber has to update their map, it is a shame from an operator which is making billions to drive their drivers on a map which is expired 5 years ago...
