At the beginning of the shift meeting we were told we hit a dollar amount that's never been hit before. The company has been open since 1927. The week later upper management found out somebody was sitting on a chair while doing work that sitting doesn't effect. 10 hour shifts. That day and the following day the enraged supervisors and upper management crushed all the chairs in the trash compactor and destroyed the rest with fork lifts. It's a union job.
