@aleenakanner: Custom orthotics shouldn’t be rigid. They shouldn’t be flat. And they should definitely not be done by standing on a box- there’s a very specific way that the foot needs to be when casting an orthotic! We also have to take consideration the position of the rib cage, pelvis, and neck if this is not taken into consideration, the orthotic will not work properly! #podiatry #footorthotics #feetcare #wholisticliving #podiatry
