The tea is HOT … BDB has always struggled in SEO and while this book hurt their SEO even more it’s gonna be difficult for BDB to prove this in court, especially with their history. About the color: I don’t really see the resemblance because ABH has always had that copper color…right? Ans good luck trying to sue OW and Ulta. ☺️Not impossible..just gonna be difficult. Can’t wait to see how this pans out.

I think it’s all a mess, it may could be but also probably wasn’t even concerned with the brand. It may just be a reach of jealousy. A lot of makeup brands have same colors of products. Wondering who the court sided with!

They might have the marks registered in some classes, but they don’t have either mark registered for class 016 which covered paper products/printed material

This is the first time i'm hearng about a company called billion dollar beauty. I just googled billion dollar beauty & her website is the first listed. Searching "raising brows" pops up eveything about the book. Her raising brows pen is the 3rd link though. Idk. The title of the book incorporates common words. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
