That test does NOT check your renal vein!!!! you ask them what they are really looking at! Tv ultrasound looks at ovaries and uterus... won't even SEE the renal vein!!! xray tech here and just asked my Dsono tech!

My first transvaginal ultrasound the tech held up the wand and asked if I wanted her to insert it or do it myself. I told her normally I get a couple drinks in me before I let someone else do that. 😅

Don’t get that done at hospital. Go to an obgyn that has an ultrasound tech. The hospital doesn’t do them often and it will HURT. An obgyn that does them often won’t hurt. I have endometriosis so I’ve had several and leaned this the hard way.

So, I have nutcracker syndrome. I had lost a lot of weight rapidly and it created pressure on my renal vein. I was in so much pain. I did loads of research and found that gaining weight can make it better. I did just that and I haven’t had pain since. No surgery!
