These little things may seem silly or trivial but they make all the difference in staying present, grounded, and feeling like I’m actually living and enjoying my life. They also help me manage my stress and stay joyful and connected to my environment and relationships around me. They may seem easy and can be, but they also require daily intention and discipline.
