Im guessing the house may being sold on her part to cover or help pay for her legal cost, but the father probably will seek money to help raise her. The profits should be divided equally.

I hate that this woman is a political pawn but also hopeful people start to see how broken our MH systems are which bleeds into our legal system which is the real insanity of it all. Cops and Judges want reform just as much as families.

When a parent is incarcerated there is grounds for grandparents visitation! My ex in laws put me through it when their son failed a drug test and lost his rights!🤦🏻♀️he wasn’t in jail so I won because they didn’t meet the legal standard.

the SJC said explicitly in the footnote that Kelsey should file a new motion for release with the required documentation that Bradl failed to file. Bradl seems to be sabotaging Kelsey. And all the killer Karen Read grifters are profiting off her. Bradl is about to be disbarred for good reasons. Kelsey needs an honest lawyer who follows the rules
