I don’t hear an accent but would have guessed you grew up in California. My friend from Haiti who grew up in S Florida has a northeast accent so there’s that lol.

I grew up in WI, but live in Vermont. So far as I know TV, newscasters often take on a New England/NY/PA accent. Your cadence sounds unfamiliar to me, but your pronunciation doesn’t sound out of place being around New Englanders.

You sound like me speaking Dutch. No one can place my accent because it’s Dutch without a regional accent. I learned Dutch starting at 5 years old, but because my parents didn’t speak it themselves, I learned it at school, from reading books and watching shows. I spoke French with my family.
