Keep in kind that GMV Max always cares the most about what videos can or already are converting which is why so many creators are not being picked up. Additionally, factually speaking, more coupons, vouchers, etc are being provided to customers than ever. There are also significantly more cofunded and FULLY funded programs for sellers now which has been incredible. In your shop ads and tiktok for business portals, you can easily see where every penny is going with the ads. The 6% "fee" is also down from 9.5%, but is up from the intro 2.5%.

Every time I try to buy something from your shop that’s on sale as soon as i add more then one product to the cart it goes back up to original price . Even if the other product doesn’t have a flash sale . It ends up costing me the same price if it wasn’t on sale . So I don’t understand why they are doing this . It’s not just your shop by the way It’s all shops. I get frustrated and end up not buying 😞 I wish they would stop trying to trick people into paying full price when they think they’re getting a deal . I will always buy your bags even if you sell elsewhere ❤

I’ve had decent views and sometimes almost 100k views, and only a few sales. That’s what I want to see investigated. Thank you for sharing on the seller side. Something needs to change because I’m about to go somewhere else.

We are spending 4x more on ads than we were 60 days ago . 2 months ago it was a lot - now it’s almost unaffordable. I think it’s the big brands that have million $ ad budgets that are killing the smaller guys

The greedy get greedier (not you Iris, TicTok). The problem is you'll have to raise prices where those of us who LOVE your products eventually won't be able to afford them. The last couple of times I've splurged on myself but eventually I won't be able to. Not a sob story I just really love your bags and have my cart full of random bags from you. But I honestly cant afford maybe one thing a month anymore 😭

This is insane. This will be the downfall of TikTok Shop if it continues this way. I’m feeling it so much. My videos used to get pushed, but it’s very rare now. Awful. Thank you for speaking! We need more brands to speak out.
