I will tell you it was (( Alhamdu Lillah )) it means in English “ praise be to God “ when he sneezed, So the Angels responded to him “ May God have mercy upon you “ then Allah replied to him, Praise be to God Lord of the Worlds , then the Angels responded May God have mercy on you. And that Language was Arabic and conversation was in Arabic Language!!
