@beefbaecon: 🍽️🥩🤷🏻‍♀️ She asked for a Steak The boss asked for steak which is unheard of 😂 luckily I can cook a steak like nobody’s business 💅🏻 you can see by her reaction the Wagyu is soo rich, I think it’s best to share and serve next to more regular steaks for the right experience 🤷🏻‍♂️ METHOD Steak seasoned in kosher salt Left to dry brine 5 hours to overnight Ribeye scored and marinated w teriyaki Wagyu beef tallow in the stainless steel pan Starting with the filet that will render fat Seared on both sides with a weight Flipping to further browning an even cooking Put to the side with a wire rack to carryover Ribeye in the pan w a weight Hard sear, flipped and basted center eye Teriyaki under the broiler in a preheated pan Steaks in the pan for a final push of heat Teriyaki topped a maple butter Hit with the searzall and sliced AAA Ribeye from @Woodward Meat Purveyors A5 Wagyu Filet mignon @thebutchershoppe_to . . . #Steak #Ribeye #FiletMignon #mediumrare #Wagyu
